Individual therapy
Individual therapy for Muslim adults
For adults who want a steady place to think out loud, with someone who does not need the basics explained.
A session is 50 minutes, one to one. Hanan works mostly through conversation and brings in cognitive behavioral skills where they help. You decide what to bring, and whether faith is part of it.
What sessions look like
You talk, Hanan listens and asks
Some weeks you plan, some weeks you think out loud
A few skills to try between sessions, if you want them
Time at the end to settle before you go back out

Good to know
What this is, and what it is not
Talk therapy
Conversation is the work. Hanan does not give orders and does not decide for you.
Not an emergency service
Marrow does not monitor messages around the clock. In a crisis, call or text 988, or call 911.
Your pace
Most people meet weekly or every other week. Hanan sets the pace with you and does not promise a number of sessions.
